1Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 2k99 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("Member", "you", "your"). By accessing the 2k99.app website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Key definitions used in these terms and conditions are as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the 2k99.app website, mobile app, and all associated services.
• "Member" refers to any registered user who has opened an account at 2k99.
• "Game" refers to all slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and other entertainment products available on the platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds in a member's account, comprising deposits and winnings.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to the additional balance received from promotional offers, which cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
• "Wagering" refers to the amount that must be wagered before a bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process.

2Account Registration

To open an account at 2k99, you must provide accurate and complete information. Submitting false details may result in account termination.

• Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. Sharing your password with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Report any suspicious access to your account to Support immediately.
• 2k99 may request supporting documents at any time to verify the personal information provided during registration.
• Multiple accounts found under the same household, address, or device will be treated as "multi-accounting".

3Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use 2k99's services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 2k99 may request a National ID card or birth registration certificate at any time to verify your age.
• All bets must be placed on your own account. Betting on behalf of others or acting as a proxy is strictly prohibited.
• You must use your own funds. Placing bets with someone else's money is not permitted.
• Employees, directors, and family members of 2k99, as well as staff of technology partners, are not permitted to play games on the Platform.
• Anyone enrolled in the Self-Exclusion program may not open or use any account during the exclusion period.

Any account registered by a minor will be suspended immediately and the balance may be forfeited. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental controls to restrict access to gaming sites on their children's devices.

4Deposit Policy

The following rules apply when depositing funds at 2k99:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 BDT per transaction.
• Maximum daily deposit limit: BDT 5,00,000.
• Deposits must be made through approved payment methods only (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer).
• Third-party deposits are not accepted — the depositor's name must match the account name.
• Deposit transactions are typically completed within 1–5 minutes.
• If a deposit fails for any reason, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
• 2k99 reserves the right to hold and investigate any suspicious deposits.

5Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from 2k99:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: ৳50,000.
• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳2,00,000.
• Weekly maximum withdrawal: ৳5,00,000 BDT.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing can take anywhere from 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• KYC verification is mandatory for large withdrawal amounts.
• Winnings earned from a bonus balance must meet the wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals on accounts under investigation may be temporarily placed on hold.

A withdrawal request can be cancelled after submission, as long as processing has not yet begun. Once processing starts, cancellation may no longer be possible.

6Bonus Terms & Conditions

Every bonus offer on 2k99 comes with its own terms. The general bonus rules are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit. Claiming the welcome bonus multiple times through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Free Spins received with a bonus can only be used on designated games.
• Standard wagering requirement: bonus amount × 30 = total amount to be wagered.
• Winnings earned from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• A maximum bet limit applies when wagering with bonus balance — typically 10% of the total bonus.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified period after claiming a bonus (typically 7 days), the bonus will be forfeited.
• The maximum withdrawable amount earned from a bonus is stated in the terms of each specific offer.
• 2k99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without providing a reason.

7Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting on 2k99. Individual game categories may also have their own specific rules.

Slots: RTP information for all slots is available in the game info section. The outcome of every spin is determined by a certified RNG — no spin result is influenced by any previous or subsequent spin.

Live Casino: Live game results are final. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the result at the last confirmed state will apply. The dealer's decision is final.

Sports Betting: Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once an event has started. If a match is abandoned, bets will be refunded. 2k99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds.

• Placing opposing bets on the same match across multiple accounts (Arbitrage Betting) is prohibited.
• If a network issue occurs during a game, the result will be determined based on the last saved game state.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 2k99 and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Money Laundering: Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Match Fixing: Any attempt to manipulate or influence game outcomes.
• Bots/Software: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Third-party transactions via credit card: Using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Platform Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms and conditions.
• Collusion: Colluding with multiple members to gain an unfair advantage in live games.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

• Each member can set daily/weekly deposit limits on their account.
• You can take a cool-down break for a set period (from 1 day up to 6 months).
• Permanent Self-Exclusion is available — once activated, the account will be closed permanently.

11Account Closure & Suspension

2k99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violating the Terms or engaging in any prohibited activity.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or refusal to provide required documents.
• Being identified as a minor.
• In cases of financial irregularities or suspicious transactions.
• Upon submitting a self-exclusion request.

Prior to permanent closure, the member's valid balance (excluding bonus balance) will be returned — provided all conditions are met. Balances under investigation may be held until the investigation is complete.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. The account will be closed within 48 hours of the request.

12Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute with 2k99, please follow the process below:

1. Step One: Report the issue via Live Chat or at [email protected]. Most cases are resolved within 24–48 hours.
2. Step Two: If your issue is not resolved through live support, request escalation to a manager. A manager will respond within 72 hours.
3. Step Three: If both parties cannot reach a resolution, the matter will be referred to neutral mediation.

2k99's decision shall be considered final in resolving any dispute — unless the Member chooses to pursue legal action.

13Limitation of Liability

2k99 is not liable for the following:

• When a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Game interruptions caused by server issues on the part of a third-party game provider.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).
• Software or hardware issues on the member's own device.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the member's own negligence or carelessness.

Under any circumstance, 2k99's maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited in the member's account. 2k99 is not liable for indirect losses or lost opportunities.

14Terms & Conditions Update Policy

2k99 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The process for changes is as follows:

• Members will be notified by email or through the platform at least 7 days before any significant changes take effect.
• Minor amendments may take effect without prior notice.
• Continued use of the Platform after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you do not wish to accept the updated terms, please contact support to close your account.
• The date of the most recent update will always be shown at the top of this page.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
